What is SHIFT?

Our SHIFT Program is an internal team at Diag Partners that is dedicated to our professional network of existing candidates including; referrals, previous candidates and displaced candidates.

 

SHIFT has visibility into Diag’s entire portfolio of business. Our SHIFT team is responsible for ensuring that our close network of professionals have first access to Diag Partners’s exclusive and unique job opportunities and clients.

 

Our SHIFT Team also acts as an additional resource for candidates who are both aggressive and active on the job market. We provide our candidates with insight, updates and tips on how to navigate today’s everchanging job market. We also provide guidance to our clients based on the current candidate market.

 

What does our team do for Diag?

SHIFT is the first point of our internal recruiting process. As soon as a new opportunity funnels through our Account team at Diag Partners, our SHIFT team analyzes and identifies candidates in our SHIFT Program that are the right fit based on Culture fit, Skill Set, Location and salary requirements.

 

Our SHIFT Team also acts as a Sourcing mechanism for Diag’s internal recruiting team. If there are no immediate matches inside of our existing network of SHIFT candidates, we will then enter into our extended network via LinkedIn, Referrals, Job Boards and other resources to find the best candidates possible for our clients.

 

What Happens when I am introduced to SHIFT?

As soon as you are referred to our team, we will promptly set up a 15-minute introductory call to discover how Diag can help you best. Whether you need a new job immediately, looking for a career/industry change, or just simply want to connect with a premier staffing partner, our team will uncover what is important to you and your future career.

 

If there is an immediate opportunity that makes sense, our SHIFT team will give a brief overview of the company and the position. If the candidate decides to continue with that opportunity our SHIFT team will introduce you to one of our internal recruiters that will take you through the submittal, interview and offer process. If for any reason that particular opportunity doesn’t work out then your information will go back into the hands of our SHIFT team.

 

If there is not an immediate opening, our SHIFT team will continue to keep you posted on future roles, forecasted opportunities and general insight on how to find your next job!

This application ensures that you will only receive notifications for jobs that fit your skill set, compensation level and geographical location.
